red anjous + red bartletts + a few glugs of pear juice + a splash of maple syrup + the zest & juice of 1 lemon + 450 degree oven for 1 hour = licking it off the spoon, really tasty pearsauce

roasted tomato sauce


This is the easiest way to prepare tomato sauce, I promise. The end product is thick, sweet, and very tomatoey. You don’t have to measure, you don’t have to blanch and peel, you don’t have to remove the seeds. It does, however, like all tomato sauces, take a lot of tomatoes to make this sauce
